Extended Warranty Terms & Conditions:  Panasonic products

Five year Extended Warranty
Panasonic Security products offer the option of an extended warranty on a chargeable basis to extend the 3 (three) year warranty period to 5 (five) years from the original date of installation.

The cost of this extended warranty will be 15% of the RRP of the items to be covered, as published in the relevant Panasonic System Solutions Price List.

All products covered under this scheme must be registered with Panasonic and the registration form must be completed listing the installation date, model number and serial number of each product on site concerned.

Following registration and advance payment for this cover, a certificate of authenticity will be issued to the customer and must be used when validating any claims.
