Exchange and Loan Units: Panasonic products

Exchange units:
Panasonic System Solutions maintains a service exchange stock of key products such as Multiplexer, Matrix, Domes, Digital Recording and Network Transmission.

In the event of product failure within the warranty period, Panasonic System Solutions will provide a service exchange unit (subject to availability) to reduce any site down time.

The service exchange unit is shipped to the installer and swapped with the faulty unit, which is then returned promptly to the Service Centre, repaired and returned back into service exchange stock.

Loan units:
Panasonic System Solutions maintains a loan stock of key products such as Multiplexer, Matrix, Domes, Digital Recording and Network Transmission.

When a chargeable repair is being carried out by the Service Centre Panasonic will provide a short term loan unit (subject to availability) to reduce any site down time.
